Jordan Stephens
Co-Founder
Jordan Stephens is a healthcare finance specialist, data analyst, and entrepreneur with a robust background in clinical research sites. He began his career as a healthcare investment banker at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advanced to lead M&A deal teams as a Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald, and later founded Castle Peak Advisory, where he has successfully guided small to mid-sized healthcare companies through strategic growth, M&A transactions, and value enhancement. Specializing in the clinical trial space, Jordan leverages his expertise in M&A advisory, business strategy, data analytics, financial forecasting, due diligence, and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) to deliver actionable insights that enhance both operational and financial performance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and, when not driving strategic initiatives, enjoys international travel, tennis, and hiking to gain fresh perspectives. Based in Los Angeles, California, Jordan lives with his fiancé, Kinsey, and their dog, Larry.

Scott Rosen
Co-Founder
Scott Reid Rosen is a seasoned operations and growth specialist with over 15 years of experience spanning pharmaceutical research, start-ups, and consulting. As Co-Founder of Cortex Clinical Solutions, he drives innovation and operational excellence in clinical research, drawing on his proven track record as a founding member of the Alliance for Multispecialty Research, where he managed over $7.5 million in annual revenue and transformed site operations—quadrupling revenue and enhancing patient recruitment and retention through innovative IT and diversity initiatives. Previously, as Employee Number One at ParkJockey (now Reef Technologies), Scott scaled operations for a pay-by-phone parking app that contributed to the largest fundraising round in Florida history. Holding a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Miami and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, his unique blend of legal, business, and operational expertise makes him a trusted advisor to clinical research organizations and sponsors. Scott splits his time between Miami and Western Massachusetts, where he lives with his wife, Rachel, son Otis, and dog Beesly.
